These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Onda (also known as TraderTech), a financial research and analysis application operated by Peak6 Investments L.P. and its affiliates ("Peak6," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

• Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes

The Service provides research tools, market data, and AI-generated content for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

AI-generated content

Responses generated by AI features may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You should independently verify information before relying on it for research or trading decisions.

Public beta

Parts of the Service may be offered as a beta or preview. Beta features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn at any time. External users may be subject to message limits or other restrictions.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Peak6 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content to provide the Service.

Third-party data and services

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEAK6 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
